This premium shuttle service gives guests of THE GATE HOTEL a private, chauffeur-driven transfer — door to door, on your own schedule. Arrive from Haneda, Narita, Kansai (KIX) or Osaka-Itami (ITM) and travel in the comfort of a dedicated vehicle, straight to your hotel.

How to Book Your Transfer

Booking takes just a few quick selections on the form above — here's the flow.

Step 1

Choose your vehicle & time

Select Alphard or Hiace class, then your pick-up time category — Daytime or Nighttime. Nighttime pick-ups carry a 25% surcharge (see below).

Step 2

Choose your trip type

Pick Single Trip for a one-way transfer, or Round Trip to cover both your arrival and your departure.

Step 3

Select your route

Choose your airport–hotel route — Haneda (HND) or Narita (NRT) for the Tokyo hotels, and Kansai (KIX) or Osaka-Itami (ITM) for Osaka & Kyoto.

Step 4

Set your pick-up details

Enter your pick-up date and time, choose whether the first pick-up is the Airport or the Hotel, and set your passenger and suitcase numbers.

Optional: need an English-speaking driver? Just tick the option before adding to cart (supplement of JPY 4,000 per trip).

—All fares are quoted as net rates, inclusive of tax.
—An English-speaking driver can be arranged on request (optional supplement of JPY 4,000 per trip).
—A 25% night-time surcharge applies to pick-ups between 22:00 and 6:00. Daytime pick-ups (6:01–21:59) are charged at the standard rate.
—Please book at least 48 hours before your scheduled service time.
—Cancellations and changes are free up to 24 hours before service; thereafter a 100% cancellation fee applies.
—Drivers are smartly attired and committed to a comfortable, premium experience.

You must cancel at least 24 hours before the pick-up time for a full refund.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the pick-up time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the pick-up time will not be accepted.
