・Honma Residence & Art Museum –
Explore the former residence of the Honma family, one of Japan’s wealthiest merchant families.
Admire traditional architecture, refined gardens, and museum exhibits that showcase Sakata’s merchant culture and arts.

・Hiyoriyama Park –
Enjoy a short visit to a scenic hilltop park offering views over Sakata City and the Sea of Japan.
This area has historical significance as a former lookout point for ships entering the port.
