You can cancel your booking up to 72 hours before the pick-up time for free.

• You must cancel at least 72 hours before the pick-up time for a full refund.
• If you cancel less than 72 hours before the pick-up time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
• Any changes made less than 72 hours before the pick-up time will not be accepted.

• Luggage: If you are bringing extra size luggage such as skis or snowboards, please contact us in advance. Please note that we may not be able to accommodate extra size luggage in the car.
