A professional chauffeur meets you at Haneda, Narita, Tokyo Station or Shinagawa Station and drives you straight to the entrance of your property — no taxi queue, no transfers, no searching for the building with your luggage.

Tranova stays are self check-in, so we bring you to the exact address rather than a hotel lobby. Simply enter your property name and address from your booking confirmation, and we take care of the rest. Every booking is handled end to end by Resort Line JAPAN, powered by SmartRyde.

How to book your transfer

Booking takes a few quick selections on the form above — here's the flow.

Step 1

Choose your vehicle & time

Select Sedan, Minivan, Premium Minivan or Large Van, then your pick-up time category — Daytime or Nighttime. Nighttime pick-ups carry a 25% surcharge (see below).

Step 2

Choose your trip type

Pick Single Trip for a one-way transfer, or Round Trip to cover both your arrival and your departure in one booking.

Step 3

Select your route

Choose your pick-up point — Haneda (HND), Narita (NRT), Tokyo Station or Shinagawa Station. All routes cover any Tranova property within Tokyo's 23 wards — the fare for your selection is shown above.

Step 4

Enter your Tranova property

Type the property name and full address exactly as shown in your Tranova or Airbnb booking confirmation. Tranova operates many homes across Tokyo, so this replaces choosing from a list — we match the address before your travel date and contact you if anything is unclear.

★Tip: copy the address line from your check-in instructions. If your property has a building name and room number, include both so the chauffeur can drop you at the right entrance.
Step 5

Set your pick-up details

Enter your pick-up date and time, your flight or train number, choose whether the first pick-up is the Airport / Station or the Property, and set your passenger and suitcase numbers.

Optional: need an English-speaking driver? Just tick the option before adding to cart (supplement of JPY 4,000 per trip).

Important notes

  • ★All fares are quoted as net rates, inclusive of tax.
  • ★An English-speaking driver can be arranged on request (optional supplement of JPY 4,000 per trip).
  • ★A 25% late-night / early-morning surcharge applies to pick-ups between 21:00 and 6:00. Daytime pick-ups (6:01–20:59) are charged at the standard rate.
  • ★Please book at least 48 hours before your scheduled service time.
  • ★Cancellations and changes are free up to 24 hours before service; thereafter a 100% cancellation fee applies.
  • ★The flat fare covers properties within Tokyo's 23 wards. For a Tranova property elsewhere, enter the address and we will confirm a fixed fare before the booking is finalised.
  • ★Drivers are smartly attired and committed to a comfortable, premium experience.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the pick-up time for free.

  • You must cancel at least 24 hours before the pick-up time for a full refund.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the pick-up time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the pick-up time will not be accepted.
