This premium shuttle service gives guests of THE GATE HOTEL a private, chauffeur-driven transfer — door to door, on your own schedule. Arrive from Haneda, Narita, Kansai (KIX) or Osaka-Itami (ITM) and travel in the comfort of a dedicated vehicle, straight to your hotel.

From the moment you land, your driver is tracking your flight and waiting to meet you. Every booking is handled end to end by Resort Line JAPAN, powered by SmartRyde — so you simply step in, settle back, and let the journey become part of the stay.

How to Book Your Transfer

Each transfer is booked as a single one-way trip between an airport and a THE GATE HOTEL property — simply tell us where you start and where you're headed.

Step 1

Select your airport

Choose the gateway that matches your flight — Haneda (HND) or Narita (NRT) for the Tokyo hotels, and Kansai (KIX) or Osaka-Itami (ITM) for Osaka & Kyoto.

Step 2

Select your destination hotel

Pick your THE GATE HOTEL property as the drop-off. (For a departure transfer, this is simply reversed — hotel to airport.)

Step 3

Choose your vehicle & add to cart

Select Alphard or Hiace class and add it to your cart. Need more than one transfer — say, airport to hotel on arrival and hotel to airport on departure? Just add each single trip to the cart separately.

—All fares are quoted as net rates, inclusive of tax.
—An English-speaking driver can be arranged on request (optional supplement of JPY 4,000 per trip).
—A 25% late-night surcharge applies to service between 21:00 and 06:00.
—Please book at least 48 hours before your scheduled service time.
—Cancellations and changes are free up to 24 hours before service; thereafter a 100% cancellation fee applies.
—Drivers are smartly attired and committed to a comfortable, premium experience.

You must cancel at least 24 hours before the pick-up time for a full refund.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the pick-up time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the pick-up time will not be accepted.
